# For employers

## 1. Your desk

The desk shows your vacancies, new applications and what is waiting on you today. This cafe is yours for the visit: change whatever you like.

Address: https://demo.findjobs.ge/account

## 2. Post a vacancy

Posting is free and pay must be stated. On the real site a person reviews each vacancy and it appears in four languages. Here it goes live at once and is seen by you alone.

## 3. The vacancy assistant

Describe the job in a sentence or two and the assistant writes the listing with you. On the real site a model writes it; the demo answers with a prepared sample so you can see how it works.

## 4. The applications inbox

Every applicant in one list, with a fit score and a CV check. A gold mark is one of the month's most active applicants. Press one to open it.

## 5. One application

The CV, the letter, a chat with translation, interview times and calls are all here. Write a reply: the mail stops in this demo's outbox and reaches nobody.

## 6. Your vacancies

Edit, close, reopen, and see views and applications per vacancy. A vacancy is never deleted, only closed.

Address: https://demo.findjobs.ge/account/jobs

## 7. The candidates page

Browse people who list their profile, sort them by fit for your vacancy and invite them. Only a first name and an initial show until they give you their contact details.

Address: https://demo.findjobs.ge/candidates

## 8. Pro and the free day

Pro Lite only reads every application. Pro adds the badge, more vacancies, bumps, the Talent Index and a bigger team. Switch the plan in the band above and watch the inbox lock and open. A free day opens three applications. No payment happens here.

## 9. Company page and verification

Logo, photos, what you offer people and every open vacancy on one page. Once checked, the company carries a Verified mark.

## 10. Your team

Colleagues work one inbox, each with their own sign-in and a role: owner, manager or recruiter.

Address: https://demo.findjobs.ge/account/team

## 11. The Talent Index

Search people who asked to be put forward and ask for an introduction. Contact details appear only after they say yes. Everyone here is invented.

## 12. Highscores and your response score

Employers who answer their applicants earn a badge and a place on a monthly table.

## 13. HR Suite

A separate tool for all of HR: market pay, hiring, staff records, shifts and files for your accountant. This is an invented company of 45 people.
